  • Full payment must be completed before the travel date as per the package terms.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Prices are quoted in INR and may change without prior notice due to taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency fluctuations.
  • Package prices include only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
  • Personal expenses (shopping, tips, entry fees, etc.) are not included unless specified.

4. Amendments & Changes

  • Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
  • Amendment charges may apply depending on the timing and availability.
  • Changes are subject to supplier policies (hotels, airlines, etc.).

5. Refund Timeline and Fees

  • Free Cancellation: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees ~2-3%) if within window.

  • Partial/No Refund: After window or no-show (e.g., 50% or 0%).

  • Processing: 7-14 business days to original method.

  • Hill-specific: Weather/monsoon delays non-refundable unless force majeure.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Promotional/non-refundable rates are final—no cancellations.

6. Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for carrying a valid ID, passport, visa, and other required documents.
  • We are not liable for the denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.

7. Liability

  • We act only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).
  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third parties.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen events such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics

9. Website Usage

  • All website content is protected by copyright.
  • Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

REFUND & MONEY RETURN POLICY

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after receiving a valid cancellation request via email or official communication channel.

2. Refund Amount

  • Refunds depend on cancellation timing and supplier policies (hotels, airlines, etc.).
  • Some services (flights, visas, special bookings) may be non-refundable.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.
  • In some cases, it may take longer depending on third-party providers (up to 30–60 days).

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (bank transfer / UPI / card).
  • Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

5. No Refund Conditions

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • No-show or unused services
  • Last-minute cancellations (within 7 days)
  • Non-refundable bookings (flights, special deals)
  • Early departure from the trip

6. Cancellation by Company

If we cancel a tour due to unavoidable reasons:

  • You will receive a full refund, OR
  • Option to reschedule / credit for future travel

7. Partial Refunds

  • If part of the trip is missed, unused services are non-refundable.
