- Package prices include only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
- Personal expenses (shopping, tips, entry fees, etc.) are not included unless specified.
4. Amendments & Changes
- Any changes to bookings must be requested in writing.
- Amendment charges may apply depending on the timing and availability.
- Changes are subject to supplier policies (hotels, airlines, etc.).
5. Refund Timeline and Fees

Free Cancellation: Full refund (minus payment gateway fees ~2-3%) if within window.

Partial/No Refund: After window or no-show (e.g., 50% or 0%).

Hill-specific: Weather/monsoon delays non-refundable unless force majeure.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Promotional/non-refundable rates are final—no cancellations.
6. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for carrying a valid ID, passport, visa, and other required documents.
- We are not liable for the denial of boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
7. Liability
- We act only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport).
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third parties.

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen events such as:

REFUND & MONEY RETURN POLICY

5. No Refund Conditions

6. Cancellation by Company
If we cancel a tour due to unavoidable reasons:
